Superior Customer Service

At AIP Solutions, communication is paramount, with our clients and within our company. Your telephone calls to AIP Solutions are important, which is why our team makes every effort to return phone calls the same day. We also assign a Dedicated Relationship Manager (DRM) to every account, so you always have a direct person to contact and they will also keep track of your accounts. The DRM also keeps our clients informed of their accounts by customizing reports based on our clients’ needs. Clients can choose from daily, weekly or monthly reports.

You decide the frequency and how you receive your reports: phone, fax, email or USPS. Additionally, clients can view their debtor activity at any time through our Online Client Auditing portal.

Credit Reporting Agency

Unlike most commercial collection agencies, AIP Solutions has credit reporting capabilities with all three credit bureaus.

If you have a client who is a sole proprietor, in a partnership or you have a signed personal guarantee, we have the ability to leverage his or her personal credit to get your debt prioritized. Affecting personal credit adversely is another tool AIP Solutions can utilize to out-collect our competition and provide our clients with the highest net recovery.

AIP reports to the following credit bureaus:

Licensed and Bonded

At AIP Solutions, we have invested vast amounts of resources to make sure we are licensed and bonded in every state that requires it. Surprisingly, a high number of agencies ignore these laws. In fact, there are well over 6,000 collection agencies in the United States and only about 5% of those are properly licensed.

We aggressively pursue your money, but you can be assured that every approach we use is legal and professional. Our job is to collect assets for you, not create liabilities.

Our ability to pursue your collections effectively, legally and professionally is yet another way AIP Solutions actively improves your profitability.
